Dear Mr. Chapman, I appologize for the misplacement of my question in the inappropriate forum. However, I currently own a 150,000.00 paperweight due to the inability to continue production on the CNC. So again I am sorry if the placement of the message was in the incorrect area. I'm just trying to g...

Dado Ramp Length

I am looking for the appropriate area to change the length of my ramping in when cutting a dado. The problem is chipping for me. I have tried several different tools btu the result is the same. I need to shorten or do away with the ramp in length all together. Sometimes the machine will plunge and o...

dado tooling

Jason And Josh,

Thanks for responding but I was able to sidestep this problem. I erased all tooling and re-entered the exact same tools and there functions and was able to proceed without incident. Who knows why!? Thanks again.

dado tooling

Ever since the update to 5.02 on the controller my dados are all being cut with the 3/8\" bit instead of the 1/2\" bit that it has been using for several months. What do I need to do to force the cnc to use the 1/2\" bit again?

off fall nesting over parts

I have been running into a nesting issue where the off fall from my machine is cutting into my parts when it outlines. Sometimes it shows on the sheet printouts and sometimes it doesn't. This is becoming costly as it mainly happens on finished end material. Does anyone have any suggestions? Attatche...
