Re: DXF Size problem
Stephen,
I have not tested this, but I remember reading in a previous post that when you import DXF, your global unit of measure should be set to imperial (inches) and not metric. After importing you can then change back to metric.
Try that - it's worth a shot!

Re: Petrol tank...how long should it last?
Some feedback. The tank was fixed and I had to pay R800.00 (Plus minus 100 American dollars?). (It's a metal tank by the way) I think it was defective from the start and like Dan said - The pressure inside finally made it split open. I did write to the South African consumer council and they forward...

Petrol tank...how long should it last?
I bought a new Ford LDV two years ago and now the petrol tank developed a leak. FORD - South Africa reckons they are not going to pay for it, as they see it as 'normal wear'. Now I ask you how is there any 'wear' on a petrol (gas) tank? It was not damaged from the outside, but it tore? I even took t...

Re: Yo Paul!
Thank you Rick! But 50 is not that a big number...I see myself that I only reached the 1/4 mark.
I read the other day that the first modern person that will reach 150 is already in his/her 50's! So there is hope yet!

Re: System is in need of medication
Nic, I can feel his pain...but laughter is the best medicine (or so I heard!) A few years ago I saw a program where they built a house and furniture, bics etc so that proportionally it is as big for adults as normal sized furniture would be for kids. I think that beast must be a remnant of that expe...

Re: Base Cabinet Places off of Floor
Nat,
I think your levellers are screwed out too far!
No, seriously, I took your cabinet and changed the toe height to 0, saved the cabinet and opened it again, then changed
the height back to 110mm. It then placed at the correct height. (It originally installed at 220mm)
Hope this helps

Re: Lights
When installing lights, I have found that the lights are installed at the same height as the walls. I tested another theory, what about if you have different wall heights? I created a wall 2.6m and then an adjacent one that is 1.5m. Then I installed lights and they were installed at the height of th...
