Thank you for the response. I performed the steps you described and the program did load cabinet pics however the response to commands were extremely slow. The pics would hardly move and are too slow to use. I will look into having a new graphics card installed. Have a great day.

I uninstalled ecabinets and reinstalled. Restarted the computer. Did this evolution two separate times. Still have the problem. I checked the graphics card and got a message that it was working okay and that I had the current version of the driver.

When I click on develop cabinets or assemblies and then click on an existing cabinet, no cabinet picture comes up. The information box does list the cabinet specs. Also when doing batch cabs no picture of nested parts comes up. I had a virus on the computer which was supposed to be fixed by the Geek...

I updated the driver and IT WORKED....eCabinets folks are the smartest....I wish one of the guys or ladies would run for president..

Thanks for the reply. I opened the libaries and got a list of cabinets and furniture. I did not see a pulls section. Did I go to the right area?

When I go to the pulls library there are not any pulls to chose. Is shows all manufacturers 0 products and all distributors 0 products. Where or how do I get a download of pulls in include. Thank you

I have updated eCabinets and I am using version 6.0 Build 5. I open eCabinets this morning and got a note that said the application was expiring in 9 days. What do I need to do so the application does not expire.

I am having difficulty using the leader in the line drawing editor. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it will not work. Is anybody else having this problem? I am open to any advise and suggestions. Thank you.

In the line drawing editor, when dimensioning in 3D, free form, the dimension line will cross through the dimension number making it hard to read. When dimensioning in 2D This does not happen. Any suggestions. Thank you.

Brad, Thank you for the information. The computer I am using is a Dell and I did use the disk that came with the computer to re-install the drivers. I did an update to the graphic controller software and eCabinets works just great. I hope you have a super day.
