HOOPS information ?

I have existing job file I have been working on and today when I clicked on job name to open it, it started to open and then stopped with the following error message: "an error occured while loading HOOPS information from the saved file". Does anyone know what this means and whether or not...

registration code???

Today when I clicked on the icon to start E-cabinets, I got a message that my computer name had changed and that I needed to enter my registration code. Problem is I have no idea what that # is. Can anyone help me?

Thanks. I kept looking for the place to set the Move Increment in the right click menu. I found the line drawing also.

When I am in the Wall/Elevation View and need to move a cabinet using the shift key and the arrow keys, i notice that there is no measurement in the Move Increment space in the pop-out menu on the left of the screen. Osborne cd

I have a cd from Osborne with 3d stl files. I would like to be able to use these but cannot figure out how to get them into ecabinets.
