Good evening. We are getting the following error: Siemens feed module fault (via profibus) Z axis feed module faulted. Also on the Siemens encoder inside the cabinet the red light is on. If you have a on board video card then swap the motherboard out just to see if it work, if you PCI graphics card then swap that out. Seems to me you have faulty motherboard.

Good afternoon.
First they can try clean up the c: drive. Delete all temp files and internet files. Uninstall programs that is installed on the c: drive that they do not use anymore.

So there is no explanation for it, or something that I can do about it? They should take it out of the carving library then so someone does not have to go red face back to the client and tell them I can not machine it.

Good afternoon. Try to do this carving on our machine, but it run dead slow (feed speeds) it will take a week for it to complete. My feed rate override is set at 100%. Good morning Daniel I have nest and write the code of a job with CN. I have cut the hole job....start scaning the flip-ops (tool no 3 is my dado cutter for the flip-ops) first scan...Tool 2 is in the head push start change to tool 3 and did the flip cutting, no problem, so now tool 3 is in the head....
