Yep. This is how I've always understood it and it always seems to work for me. :D

The H and the W are variables that are applied to the part as it sits on the screen in the constraint manager. Justin should be posting the answer to the issue soon.

Jeff,

Take the cabinet into the door/drawer editor and highlight the doors you would like to change. Open the construction settings at the top and change the settings you want to change. Once you hit ok at the bottom, it should rebuild these doors with the new settings.

Mark,
This doesn't sound like a fun job. Email the cabinet to me at program@thermwood.com with a small drawing of what you are trying to accomplish and I'll see if I can figure out the problem and a way to resolve it.

Thom,

I'm looking at your file and the flip operation is showing up. I'm on 5.15 and have control nesting set for metric. The only thing that I have done is force ecabinets to rebuild the cabinet by opening the construction parameters and clicking ok. Give this a try and let us know.

Michael, The HSD bearings are shielded by the design of the router so you really don't have to worry about dust or debris getting into the bearings. The bearings that you should worry about are the linear bearings and the ballnuts. If you have the autolube system, make sure it is functioning correct...

Nick,
This could be something as simple as a mis-measured tool, but I doubt it. Please send in your cab file and the dxf drawing to program@thermwood.com and we'll see what we can find. Attach your contact information so I can give you a call when I find something.

Justin,
We've been informed of this issue. If you could, create the cab file using the export button at the bottom of the control nesting main screen and send it to program@thermwood.com attention Daniel. Please include your contact info so I can get a hold of you.

Rob,

Build your cabinet to size like you did and then add an inset on the front on both sides. You wanted a 12 inch side and you got a 12.57, so you may want to try a half inch inset.

Rob, If you open the cabinet in the cabinet editor and highlight the whole cabinet, you can select the measuring tool to measure the side. Once you do this, you will see that the side is actually 12.5732\". This is because the machine cannot create the miter at the front of the cabinet that you...
