Richard,
Which manual are you looking at? I have checked back to an old 91000 Super Control user manual, version 5.05, (the big blue book) and the information for setting the offset is complete inside of it.

Re: Some Part editor questions
Answer 1- From my understanding, all internal markers are drill markers. Once you move the cut to intersect the outline of the part, the markers change to either a route marker or a outline marker depending on if it was a depth cut or a through cut. The constraints that are applied to the original m...

Re: Some Part editor questions
Hope these help. Answer for Question 1- When you create a cut in a part it is assigned certain "markers" at locations on the cut and these are the points you can constrain to. There are different types of markers, drill, route, outline, raw, etc. When you take a cut that is internal to the...

Re: control nesting update 5.85 label information changed
Chris,
Do you know what RPT file you are using? If you had a custom RPT file that still used one of our default label names, Control Nesting would have overwritten it. If you can send me a pic of the old label and the new label to program@thermwood.com, we can get it altered for you.

Re: Flycut Tableboard starting position
Evan,
In the advanced settings it looks for the x and y value for the corner of the table closest to home. If the Y value is set to 0, then it will do what you are describing when you tell it to flycut the table board. The wasteboard uses the fixture offset to it would not do this.

Re: override tool auto slection (closest diamiter)
You will need to check the tooling section to make sure you have tools selected for pocketing. Also make sure that there is NO name in the name field. THis is used for specific softwares and Cn will ignore any tool with a name unless it is reading from these files. Next make sure that your pocket cl...

Re: Machine all of the sudden is slowing down on the ramp in
You can look at the top of the Control Nesting screen and it telss you the version. You can double check by going to the help menu and then choosing about. You have your last line feed speed to 100 so that is what it should be slowing down to when it cuts the part free.

Re: EMER STOP
Make sure that you do not have a M241 in the program you are running. This is a macro that the controller adds into the program during a tool change and then removes after the change is done. If you Estop the machine during a tool change, the controller does not remove it from the program and it wil...

I have duplicated the error and have informed the software engineers of the issue. At this time, you can reinstall V5.73 and it will work correctly.
