Contemporary Wine Cabinet
Since we have icicles hanging from the trees here in south Texas, I had time to continue the wine cabinet theme. This is contemporary compared to the previous cabinet with the split pediment, swan's neck molding, and flame finial. Also, it has individual cubbies for the wine bottles instead of scall...

Wine Cabinet
Here's another jpeg with the cabinet moved slightly. I hope the details are a little more visible. I'll gladly post a photo when the cabinet is finished, but don't hold your breath! I still have a real job and only get to have fun working on furniture late afternoons and weekends.

Arch top molding
Dan and Paul, The problem I'm having is making a smooth S-shaped curve within e-cabinets. The only place a smoothed curve drawing tool is available in the software is in the shape manager. It's not available in part editor or contour manager. I can easily make an arch with the 3-point arch tool, but...

Arch top molding
Paul, I just found the your post of 12/26/06 regarding the cabinet with the arch top molding. This is exactly what I am trying to design for a wine rack cabinet (except mine will have a split pediment in the center). Could you or anyone else expand on how you designed this in e-cabinets software (or...

Wine rack cabinet
Dan, You're the man! Not only is the attached image exactly what I have in mind, but your instructions enabled me to create it from scratch in less than an hour. Thanks! Next question. I'm sure there will be more! I've designed the upper cabinet which will be the wine rack. I decided to use left to ...

Chest on frame wine rack
Good day! This is my first piece of furniture to be designed with eCabinet Systems software. I don't have a CNC router, so will be building using traditional cutting techniques. It will be built as two separate pieces - an upper chest that sits on a lower open frame composed of four stretchers and f...
