Re: Production Sharing

Thanks Justin, I like the Production Sharing program very much. It is a very useful tool. I just thought that it would be nice for the router owners to have predetermined categories to choose from for their listing like: mdf doors, parts machining, dovetail drawers, etc... If I were able to search t...

Production Sharing

I do not own a router and I have used the production sharing network in the past but it is hard to find what I am looking for. There should be more to the production sharing part of the Thermwood site. One feature that would be helpful would be to have categories for machine owners to enter as a sea...

Thanks guys for all the input. That is why I love this forum. I like the idea of using a macro for the time being. I am sure Jason and the rest of the ecabs crew are going to make this a part of the program as well so this becomes a non-issue.

Ecabinets and Cutlists?!?!?!

I made a post below about hiring a designer to use ecabs to design for me. I am not currently using ecabs but plan to switch from Cabinet Solutions. I got an email from a regular member here and he expressed his frustrations with ecabs cutlisting. Are the ecabs cutlists that bad? If I can't get good...

I forgot to post my email. gojack1@charter.net I am not opposed to having designs done remotely but Iam am primarily looking for someone that would go measure the job then design at the shop. We don't have a router yet buy I'm sure it will come soon. My shop builds primarily frameless and beaded ins...

Ecabinet Designer Wanted

I own a custom shop in beautiful Covington, LA (30 minutes north of New Orleans) and am looking to hire a full time designer using ecabinets to draw up all of my cabinet jobs. Pay is relative to experience. Please email me a resume if anyone has any interest. Please forward this info to anyone who m...

I guess I called that one. I should have put some money on it. It sure was nice to see the SEC teams put a spankin' on Ohio and the Irish. Now, if the Saints can keep on playing like they have been... New Orleans has been so blessed to have this Saints team right now. It has really helped the psyche...

Being an LSU fan and a Saints fan, I am having a pretty good year this year. There is no doubt that the SEC is the toughest conference in the country. As much as I can't stand 'em, Florida is going to be it. I think the BCS should just drop the \"C\" and just call themselves BS because tha...

Thanks, 8 was concerned because with beaded frames, the frame parts have to be haunched which affects the legnth of the adjoining piece. My current design program will not do this and my cutlists come out wrong.

Beaded Face Frames with Inset Doors

I am currently using another software and want to make the switch to ecabs. I am willing to make the trip to Dale, for training, but I have the following question: Does ecabinets support beaded face frames with inset doors? The beaded/ inset is about 30% of our custom work. I would not want to dive ...
