Dished out profile
hey looking to find an easy way to make a simple dished out program for a thick piece of solid wood...so would need it to ramp in and out of the board...probably spherical maybe oblong lol...What do people out there do ?

There a chance this is the tool holder or collet? going to do a bit of swapping of tools as i dont think it does the same when doing an outline operation with a 1/4" tool just the 1/2" is doing this.

Just got a bit weirder as its all the way around most noticeable on 3 sides tho cutting through but that 0.5mm away from where it did its first plunge rout around ...scratching my head here...Im running a older Version of Control nesting 5.73 but havent changed anything...even on manual cut it did i...

Seeing if anyone has a problem where on a double pass part the second time around on part to remove last part the machine is about 0.5mm shifted over by the looks leaving a slight edge to the "skin" it was to remove on the last pass to hit the waste board? it seems to have just started pop...

Just wondering who is running alot of solid wood on there machines and how they are liking the usage / time to do things with these machines - we have been thinking of using our machine to square our 5 piece doors after assembly and sanding(Removing about 3mm all around the door to clean up all edge...

Applying a drilling pattern to gable
So been looking at the KD RTA Program to maybe use and Apply my 8mm Drilling doweling holes is there a way to do this easy for applying a pattern(been finding that manual input drilling sometimes gets dropped when changing sheet stock) I just want to apply a drilling pattern to the gables only. note...

Hey does anyone know how to make the outside Junction version of these cabinets - I got the Inside one done but twisting the angle on a BCC to make it the 135d it needed to be but how do i make it the reverse and the point to go to the outside?

Just tried CN5.76 on my CS43 but have issues of nest overlapping 2 sheets into 1 sheet??? CN5.73 seems to work fine...will progress to 5.74 and see if it works too but something a miss on this update??? or a way to fix?

hey So working on it how far i've got. Just need to figure out how to get my referencing to work off the G902 Fence and then back instead of where i am. But i just set it up like this and its a start!

i am going to have to really look into V-Carve pro i think I have used it with demo stuff and it seems pretty cool. Just didnt know if doing this on there was a possible thing.

Ok i figure i will change up this and start fresh and see if anyone can help or know how. Here are the 2 Logo's i need to get done. I need to do them on a 1 inch board within a 3ft Long x 2ft High Oval shape. Just need it to carve out the logo's...Seems like it should be easy...just i've never done ...

what post processor am i looking for in the list that would work for the CS45? I don't see a thermwood list actually on the 2D section that they have. I am going to down the VCarve pro right now and work on that.
