Home position change

I am experiencing every once in a while a change of location of the home position (about .100").

On the V axis (2nd table) on C67 M510DT.

For now each time it does it I am changing my fixture offset location (after scraping one part).

Any suggestion!!

Thanks.

antiwhip bracket on X axis are breaking shoulder bolt

Please advice about setting of anti-whip bracket on X-axis (C67DT510)

When going at slow speed they snap and break the shoulder screw

We had already replaced them when this happened before, but we did not catch it before a catastrophic collision that followed.

Thanks

tool lockout switch, siemens IR module fault

Please advice about how to definitely clear this fault.

It happens sometimes after NC reset has been pressed.

When cleared by clicking OK the machine works fine except the E-stop on the teach pendant does not work.

I have a M67DT

Thanks.
