Dave, I have looked at your export file and I am not seeing anything wrong when I write the cnc here....Can you send me your actual NC code you ran?

Although just about any of the big CAM companies can provide you with a good solution eventually, here at Thermwood we use Mastercam and our posts work seamlessly with our CNC routers. This is a big plus to think about using Mastercam as we know the software and can make sure it works with our posts...

Yes we have used this matting material plenty of times here at Thermwood with great results as Brad's video shows. The 3x11 parts should be easy to do as long as pocket chambers/blind holes in mat are drilled in corresponding locations to your parts, as we have even done much smaller parts then this...

If I change the tolerance in tooling to a little bit past .2 to .21 then it nests fine as is..... tooling_tolerance_changed.png If we set up a 8mm tool and leave the tolerance as is at .2mm then it nests fine also... 8mmtool_setup.png Also, if we take out the d8p0 in the layer name then it nest fine...
