During the write CNC process I am getting this error "Error finding part in Flip OP Array" I cancel the error and nothing much seems to happen during cutting other than a few missing hinge holes. What does this mean?

Re: Stolen Laptop
Sorry to hear that Jon, look into Lojack for laptops for your next Machine. If someone steals it Lojack will recover it, some newer Laptops such as Toshibas , HP, Dell, Gateway and Lenovos have Lojack recovery chips built right in. I do DJ'ing on the side and have it on both my laptops it costs abou...

Hello Tim,
Thermwood CS45-510 cutting daily running Ver 6.3 no issues here, just a few glitches at the control not related to ECabinets.

Measure tool error?
When I use "Maintenance Tool Unload" to return a bit to the typewriter head to take out a dull bit and use "Maintenance Tool Load to return a new bit to the spindle I'm getting an error when I go to measure that bit. It says " Invalid AFL statement, maybe files may be open" ...

Re: Something set wrong??
Thanks Dan, that fixed it, I'm back to a .005 cut through and all dados and tenons are perfect. The problem was in the switchspoil value being off, I measured all 12 bits 3 times and none varied no more than .002.

Something set wrong??
Lately cabinets we have been building are extremely tight to assemble. My dado settings in Ecabs is set to "depth clearance .015 and fit clearance .020". In control nesting I have "cut through depth" set .035 just to get the bit to skim the wasteboard when cutting. We have the ne...

Re: Invalid arc error?
Problem solved, bit #1 is a 3/8" Vortex compression and this is the first time we used a bit that has been sharpened twice making the dia. .335 close to the hinge hole size so control nesting was selecting it instead of the normal 1/4" compression bit and that was throwing the error all we...

Invalid arc error?
Was cutting out a new job today and when it came time to rout out hinge holes the machine stopped with a "Invalid arc, check the dimensions again." error I have not changed hinge patterns in two years and I haven't changed anything with the 1/4" bit in the past month.
