It would be great if the top toolbar for selecting cabinets would stay locked in place while scrolling down so if you just need to back out of a certain directory you don't have to scroll back to the top to get out.

Re: Resizing Display Boards
Can we revisit the ability to lock display parts to the given part you align them to?

Re: ERROR: Edge Banding Has Wrong Body
Question to Mark after that last post. What kinduv coffee you guys got over there? My take on the missing body error is it's so random it's probably related to operating system updates or glitches. I don't remember it ever causing a real problem but it would happen more so on drawer box parts ...

Re: Edgebanding on doors
Well that's good to know. So when writing the twd it won't change the thickness to 0" either? I guess I'll have to change the banding to a 0" thickness when selecting the door or drawer fronts.

Re: Edgebanding on doors
I should note it has to do with changing the banding thickness to 0 when writing the twd. We premill the edge thickness off so it takes it off twice and under sizes the fronts.

Edgebanding on doors
When I create a batch file of door fronts with edgebanding from the door/drawer display menu and change the thickness of the banding when writing the twd it doesn't change the size. When I do the same with a cabinet part it's fine.

Problem with drawers
When I set the drawer box default in door/dwr editor and then set a different one in drawer box editor they both default to the last one selected.

Re: Mozaik
They don't have a PP listed for Thermwood so maybe so but I want to use CN for nesting and code anyway. As of now CN can load files from Cabinet Vision, CabnetWare, KCDw all MDB files and 20/20 CAD file. Just curious if Mozaik outputs a readable file. I'll have to dig into with them unless Thermwood...

Mozaik
Is anyone using Control Nesting to nest and cut files from Mozaik? Have clients wanting me to cut from their designs but I don't want to use their Gcode so I'm wondering if it outputs a readable parts file.

Re: Writing code with AFL
I take that as a no, lol. Since this "engrave" feature is available in almost every cabinet design software with the mdf module that I've encountered so far and the "cut center" from Thermwood, I would assume it will be added to control nesting for us regular guys at some point. ...

Writing code with AFL
Has anyone looked into using AFL to write a subroutine that will rise out in a beveled corner? We do a fair amount of this type of work and need a solution for cutting the fronts from Ecabs.

Re: Profile edge problems
The first go around I used a base from one of my libraries but the second time I used a base from the standard library. You can see all my insets to get it the size I wanted before I took it to part editor. I tried applying the back bevel first and bead second and then the other way around with the ...

Profile edge problems
I'm having issues getting the beaded edge to behave on the left hand part. I had to create an oddball tool for the left only just to get it to apply correctly but once I resize it does all kinds of crazy things.
