I selected tab "Communications" - "Check for ecabinet systems updates" and am getting the following reply "There are no updates for ecabinet systems available. You are running the latest version".

Has anybody used 30° units before, currently having problems putting the doors on our 30° units. The 45° works fine, so I tried to adapt a 45° unit into a 30°.... Unsuccessful

Take a look at my attachment see if you can come up with any suggestions, the door needs to be at a 30° angle so ...

like I said we didnt used to get it in V5 so its since the upgrade.

Its happening to all my units with a LH hinge door, I have also tried a variety of differents handles pulls.

Ok, I have narrowed the problem down.. It seems that I am just getting this fault with LH hinged doors. When I associate a handle to a RH hinge door it is fine.

Another thing I have noticed with the door/drawer pulls is that when associating the drawer pull the handle is displayed on the drawer correctly, however when associating the door pull the handle is placed in the centre of the unit. I think this has only been an issue in V6, is ...

Hi Rick,

Yes we installed this link some time ago, however the update doesnt give you the hsf files for the Amerock pulls. We un-installed the link and re-installed to see if any files were lost, but still no hsf files.

All other folders have hsf files, it is just the Amerock folder.

I have noticed that a lot of the door/drawer pull images are loaded in the hardware settings but most of these dont have a current display part. Can anyone tell me where they are getting these files from? I have looked at the Hafele website but even when logged in they dont have any of the ...

Is there a way to change the B#'s? This is because when importing them from Excel they come through the order specified, but if you wanted to add another item, it creates it as the last B#. So there is no way of moving it to a specific line within the Batch list.
