Help ! FAiled to create empty document
Hi
When I click on the ecabinets program all I get is the error message above? Yesterday I did a backup of the system, do you think that is what triggered this? I read some prior post and they talked about an "update" file. I didn't see one in my ecabinets directory?
Please help!
Tom

Re: Printing out construction settings
Thanks that will work. Since it time stamps the files, I can plan the order of the tabs captured and find the one to double check. I plan to bring the jpg up on screen while I have my original in the editor, saving paper.
Thanks,
Tom

Printing out construction settings
I am trying to build a kitchen so I can send the esj file to a Thermwood CNC member. They sent me their "seed" cabinets so I could have their specs. Is there a way to printout the construction settings? I am having to write down the specs and add them into my cabinets. It can be done but v...

Re: Mesurement along wall
I can't seem to associate the door to the wall. How do you select the door then the wall? In the Detail Room screen it won't let you select walls?
Thanks for the help!!

Mesurement along wall
I placed a door in a wall and want to check the measurement from the door out to the end of the wall. I know when I placed the door it gave me that number, but that was some time ago and I want to double check it. There are no cabinets in place yet on this wall, I want to figure out how much room I ...

Re: Increase size of rails and stiles
Never mind I figured out that I can save the cab with doors as a cab, therefore it keeps its construction info. I need to do so more reading on when to use assemblies. Thanks for all of the responces.

Re: Increase size of rails and stiles
Thanks that was easy!
Now as an assembly when I drop it in as an upper cabinet with doors, it is putting it on the floor. How do I raise them or not lose the spec from upper cab to assembly.

Re: Increase size of rails and stiles
Thanks I am new to this. Which profile tool did you use? I tried a bunch both interior and exterior with no change when resetting the image.

Increase size of rails and stiles
Hi I am using the TW-10 Conestoga as the basis for a door. I want the stiles/rails to be 4" wide for that modern look. I can set the width in the sizing details for cut list but it doesn't change the view of the door. I would like to "see" this so I can determine the looks of door / d...

Re: 5 piece doors, but no raised panel
The last post was in 2006 and this is still an issue? Isn't it common to use solid rails and stiles and sheet panels? Same with drawer fronts as solid with the box made from plywood. I am in the first week of learning this software and maybe I am missing something, but this seems VERY basic. I alrea...

Re: Drawer fronts in board foot listing
Hi Newbie here.
Is there no way to use solid wood for drawer fronts? The material list in the drawer front designer uses only sheet goods as an option. I see the last post as a workaround by pricing out a sheet as if it was solid. Is there another way to do this?
