Something to think about. Wouldn't it be great if you could go into the door construction and change the location of the hinges even after the cabinet is done? Not only from left to right but also top and bottom.

this would be a huge time saver....

I am using a barcode scanner to scan off fall labels and I would like to be able to scan a code that opens up the EZ Off-Fall dialog box for the next input rather than have to go back to the keyboard. Is there a way to add shortcuts to functions within the program?

Unfortunately, these drawers were done in the drawer designer and saved to my drawers with the rafix fittings baked in. there is no reason that they should disappear and in fact, the pre-drilled screw hole which is another RTA fastener I the same drawer is not lost ...

My drawer boxes are losing their rafix fittings every time I change something in the construction settings. I have to insert them again via Adj Features/Drawer Boxes with Drawer Fronts. This was happening before the update to 6.2.4 and still now.

thanks, Jeremy. I appreciate your input. I don't see how it could either but I was warned by my tech that the signals can interfere with the controller. I'm just looking for a way to improve the off-fall label scanning process and scanning away from the machine would be a bonus.

I heard that Thermwood CNCs are allergic to anything that is cordless because of potential interference with the electronics.

Is this still the case? If yes, would a USB hub with extended cable to the machine solve this problem? If not,is there a reason that a 15 foot usb extension not work with ...

Has anyone found a way that you can use lock dado in a small part (4" stretcher) and use a single kd/rta fastener that is not centered so that the blind dado can take up the rest of the edge?

I tried centering my second kd/rta with a negative dimension but it still shows up off the edge.

thanks for the explanation. I have tried adding an adjustable shelf to the outside of the cabinet and the joinery doesn't apply nor have I found a way to make the shelves come to the same level inside and out. see picture here: outside shelf.jpg

that's very clever, thank you very much. I'll try to see if i can work with this given that the rest of my cabinet is connected using regular KD fittings.

Is there any way to create a notch in the shelf that would hide the shelf pins like in the picture attached? I hate doing this in part editor and i suspect that there must be a better way.
