Is there no one out there that can tell me how to reinstall eCabinets 6.1 on a win7 computer?

My files system apparently became corrupt. After working for a few hours on this I have decided to uninstall eCabinets System and then reinstall it.

Is there a recommend procedure for uninstalling the program other than using the uninstall feature in Win7?

Will eCabinets run in windows 10?

I'm not real savvy with the software at this point. I'm trying to design a double sided library book shelf. I need to rotate the hi-lighted partition in the image to divide the case in half.
