Corner Pantry

Hi All, I know that this can be done and I've gotten the basis of the unit working. But I am unable to get the doors to fit correctly. I took the Upper Corner Cabinet, and I added a kick, and re-positioned it on the wall. IF I need to do something completely different to get this unit to work let me...

Found Bugs in v6

I hope it was an appropriate topic. In the cabinet editor, when I'm trying to save an assembly (display cube, sink & faucet). I can not create a new directory. I can create the directory, BUT the screen does not refresh and I'm unable to see the folders. Had to go to the explore to get the direc...

Re: v6 is slower on my computer

Today I noticed that it seemed the cashe (SP?) did not to empty itself.
Tech today also told me to run the right fly out bar with display cubes NOT cabinets when working on the room and rendering, that helps some. This program is just one great big bad boy.

Re: v6 is slower on my computer

OK, it is slower on my computer and I updated the video driver, don't know if that was the problem. I've gotten the knobs to work (Amroc never had the Hoops file), but once they are in it goes even slower. It just crashed when I was switching from a zoom in to wall elevation to pan out. I had droppe...

Re: After the bugs are fixed in V6

YES, I would love to have a door editor. I'm working on a project with tall doors and they need a rail but it's a repeat customer and she knows I'll deliver the right design.

Re: Hinge & drawer slide hole patterns Gone?

The file format has to be the HOOPS .hst to get the knobs to show. I can get a 3D AutoCAD file that is close to what I want from my Hafele account, but what program will allow me to convert to HOOPS. Google search shows a lot. I'm not at a time that I want to spend a lot on software, maybe in a few ...

Re: Hinge & drawer slide hole patterns Gone?

OK I've figured it out... The hinge plate pattern does not do anything, only the hinge pattern.... I had to write down every step so I could figure out what I was missing... ARGH! :wall: 3D knobs, that's the next question it seems that something can be loaded in there, as for the plates and hinges t...

Re: Hinge & drawer slide hole patterns Gone?

I've been going at this for a while tonight trying to get a tall cabinet to get the drills for hinges. I've set up the hardware in the opening menu, I have checked my hole pattern and it's correct. But's its not putting the boring on. I'm using a v5 tall cabinet as my base for this new design is thi...

Kitchen Islands

I do hope I'm in the correct area. I just made a bar using Assemblies, one cabinet "base", a toe kick, cabinteless face-frames. It was very easy to place and resize as per customer's request. So my question is I tried to build an island and it never came together very well. Do kitchen isla...

Dan-thank you for clearing that up for me,I did know there was a difference, just did not know what to call each one. Gary,I have the on lays associated to the cabinet, worked great, but to do what you did, I need to get Accutrans,Intellicad, and AutoCad 2000?Should I google these for cost and more inf...

Re: Decorative Wood Products 3D Objects

I feel like a thief, I use a different company but much of the similar products. I'm just now trying to get the design editor to change some stuff, these programs you're referring to are all externally resourced I assume.

Re: Getting the right light

Gary, Send me the job file and I will light it. If you like the lighting you will then be able to see how it was done. Save your original file in case you don't like the way I do it. Kerry Could I take you up on that I've had trouble making the lighting look right on most projects. My advantage is ...

Re: eCabinet Systems V6

• Custom Molding editor. It sure would be nice to setup whatever profile we like. • Custom Door editor. It would be nice to be able to design doors any way we like, for instance big doors with mid-rails or muntins on paneled doors. And it would also be nice to be able to select and show panels of a...
