Re: ERROR: Edge Banding Has Wrong Body

Hi Guys. I have been unable to work out what is going on with this problem and its such a distraction. Is it just me or are other users seeing the same things? Would it make any sense to delete all materials and recreate them as units are re-selected? I don't particularly want to redo all our units ...

Re: Edgebanding on doors

Hi Forrest I think the edge band thing is associated with a few gremlins Maybe you have tracked it down. :D Do you have a edge band material labeled none or do you use the system [None]? I had a material named none, and even now I can create a edge band material named None with zero thickness and ad...

Re: eCabinets Crashes Opening Job

Hi Kerry.
I downloaded your job and tried to load it. I deleted as much hardware as I could. I got the message and typed a different name. It crashed straight away.

I forgot to look at the width it was trying to load. but, Board materials don't have widths so, ㄟ( ▔, ▔ )ㄏ

Re: Door Issues again

In the attached unit its a sharknose door with doors from the door designer. It appears that it is possibly affected by the preview size which is 450mm wide and looses the top back profile cuts. BBQ Sink unit broken doors.hsf The door file that has been saved to the door library sharknose rev1.hsf I...

Label printer tools greyed out

Just wondering if I could get pointed in the right direction, thanks. I noticed in the upgrade 7.7 and 7.8 that there were some printing options added. However my menu for label printer tools is greyed out. label printer tools.JPG I downloaded the (Crystal Report Runtime for CNC nest reporting) from...

Re: removing the outline cut

Hi Chris
If your setup is similar to mine.
In control nesting under the CNC settings tab
20240311_084535a.jpg
"Cut all" is probably selected.
Change it to "no outline cut"s for the group that you put that material into and nest it with those settings.

Hi Jeremy.
I am pretty certain it has.
I think the file that Clint sent us above would have been incorporated into subsequent updates.

Re: Cabinet with angled ends or tops

Hi Leo I'm glad that you found it useful. :) That looks like a nice job. Its been a while since I posted this, so details have gone a bit fuzzy. I wish I had of written down the reason why I said to make it larger. :( There would have been some sort of reason, valid or not, but I forget why. Any way...

PS to the above, I forgot to ask, but you might already be doing a graph screen and the program missed it.

Re: Door Issues again

Hi Nicholas. I'm sorry to see that. :( When I have problems like that , Clint gets me to send in the files for the guys to take a look at. Dare I say it? its not uncommon to have a few glitches until you get it to work by tweaking things. Also with a door like that I like to run a "test" d...

Re: Door Issues again

I was not aware of the group cabinet parts function thanks for bringing that to my attention, is there a guide for this or should i just mess around until I understand it (kinda...

Re: Profile edge problems

Hi Forrest and Clint Not sure if it helps. It seems to work on a frameless base unit. Forrest, you could use the rotate cabinet if you needed to display it. I used your .tol tool to apply the bead. I couldn't rotate the tool to apply the smaller groove. (I seem to remember that clicking on the left ...
