Re: SYS0038 -- The system cannot find the COM4 device (thm.exe)
Alfred, Sorry to hear you are having this trouble. In OS/2, IRQ sharing is not allowed, and this is what is generating your issue. The motherboard supports Plug-n-play that has decided to move your network card (or some other device) to IRQ of 11 (IRQ 10 and 11 are reserved for COM PORT 3 and 4 resp...

Re: Unrecognized database format
Tim, If you have any custom hardware pricing in the database in question, then please send me a copy so that I might examine this to see what has gone wrong. If not, then in order for a reinstall to help with this issue, you will need to locate the file in the error message, and delete or move it fr...

Re: Failed to create empty document after restore
Rob, I am not sure what has happened as this should be a pretty simple thing to do. I am working on testing this using some virtual machines, but I thought I would ask some questions first. You said you MOVED the file from one machine to the other. If you did a COPY, then all is well and this is not...

Re: Unable to generate JPG file
Mario, I am not having any issues here, so I must ask the obvious. When you say unable, do you mean that the JPG is empty or do you main that you are unable to locate the picture once it is generated? If you are having an empty JPG being created, then please post your job and let me know what versio...

Re: Angled Cabinet Help
Kevin, I think if you start with a Std Base Corner cabinet, then play with the multiple settings, you will be able to achieve your goal. Once you select the corner as your seed, notice the blue arrow under Cabinet Edit. This will give you the options for setting any of the base dimensions. Be sure t...

Re: Can't Install V6.4
Timothy, Does your computer have an F:\ Drive? I am guessing that it does not have one right now, but I would bet that it did have one at one time. I think what has happened is that you have ran the update from a portable thumb drive or network drive that was labeled F: at the time. Now, when the up...

Re: Non Manifold Body
Josh,
Is there a specific cabinet or job file that is causing you to ask this question? If so, please post it or the instructions for how to generate this error.
Also, Kerry, excellent description for the manifold bodies. That is a hard one to describe.

Re: Midrail/Midstile Editing = "Out of Memory" error
Elaine, Since you mentioned that you can get this to happen with std base cabinets, could you please list steps to do this, or at least a cabinet that is working but ready to display this issue when continuing to perform additional steps. I think you may be close to stepping on the issue, but I am u...

Re: Hinges not showing up
Tom, It appears as there is an issue with getting hinges to add to doors. I will get this addressed in the next build. I was able to find a work around for now. Simply add any hinge pattern and the hinges will be automatically added to the cabinet as expected. Of course, if you plan to take the to a...

Re: Build 3 printing still shuts down program
Lamar, Thanks for the update. I just tested your posted job again, and still, everything prints fine for me. I do not think it has anything to do with a previous version, but you never know. If the problem continues, be sure to let us know with exact steps or files to attempt to get it to happen. Th...

Re: Cannot Change Cabinet Dimensions
Derrick, Upon closer examination, we have found that what is causing this to happen is that you have a 0" depth. Now 0" will work, but only if there are NO other cabinet parts associated other than Face Frames. OK, no worries, if you still want to make the cabinet in this way, there is an ...

Re: HARDWARE NOT SHOWING UP
Sean, Upon first loading your cabinet, I was having to think you were crazy. What I saw was a hinge named "tbc" set as the default. So, I then closed and reloaded your cabinet. The second time I see what you are describing. I am not exactly sure why this is happening. To see this yourself,...

Re: Cannot Change Cabinet Dimensions
Derrick, Seems you have found an issue. This should work, and I will do my best to make sure that it makes it into the next update. As a work around until that time, you can load your cabinet into the batch, resizing as it is loaded, then take it to the cabinet editor to manipulate as necessary. Fro...
