Re: Cut3D Post Processor

This works with Cut3D
You have to remove line 77 which has command to list tools
Save as *.pp and copy and paste into PostP folder of cut3D

Shaker doors

I am looking to efficiently cut shaker door frames with eCabs and control nesting. My rail size is 2-1/4" and the rabbet is 3/8" wide by 1/2" deep in 3/4" MDF. Does anyone have the silver bullet?

Re: Beaded face Frames

Try these. Use the bead tool for edge profile on stiles and rails. The cabinet doors and drawers are .75" inset.

MDF door with X

This is an MDF door that is the back of a cabinet. The back is set flush, 1/16" inset on top, deck, L&R sides. There is no top, deck or sides on this cabinet. This allows the door to be 1/8" less than the cabinet size L & W. The pattern is constrained to give 2-3/8" stiles and...

Re: Barb Dado

Do not use with Particle core :wall: . Works okay with veneer core. Works best with MDF core. Overall, the joints hold secure but they are not as tight as can be achieved with screws. The application is nice when you have a finished end.
