Hi,
When I log into the update page it no longer says v10, now v9 again. DO we reload v9 to keep working?

Re: Stetchers not stretching
Ok, I figured it out, new settings, new features but for what it is worth it is a solution in search of a problem. Is there any way to make stretching behavior a default so that stretchers move with the parts they are associated with by default and if you need to change it you must change the settin...

Stetchers not stretching
Working with the new version (6.1) I am having a problem with the stretchers on my cabinets not stretching when I change the size of the cabinet. This used to work, am I missing something? I didn't see any other posts on this subject

Hinge plate holes in framed cabinet
I seem to be having some odd behavior of hinge hole locations in a framed cabinet where the doors are inset and the hinge plate holes seem to be on the wrong side of the partition I am attaching the doors to. If I go into the editor and change the positive depth of the holes I can get them to come o...

Re: "Gathering Cabinet Default " Hangup
Scott, Before I got your reply, I decided to reinstall eCabs from scratch. Although trying to do that turned out to be more trouble than I had imagined ( needed to update virus software in order to get the registration code through my firewall, new registration code etc) it seems to have fixed the p...

"Gathering Cabinet Default " Hangup
I have just started experiencing an odd error. When I load an existing cabinet and then go to the door editor to change door styles I get the "gathering cabinet defaults" screen which hangs up and won't go away until I restart the program. it doesn't seem to mater what cabinet of what door...

Re: 6v8 Won't install
Scott, Always good to have a smart guy around. Yes that seems to have gotten eCabs to load. I notice now though that I don't seem to have the hardware that I had entered into eCabs. Does LocalStore.mdb contain hinges drawer slides etc? MY sheetgoods, boards seem to be OK but the hardware pieces I en...

6v8 Won't install
I tried to update my eCabs software and it crashes. Claims an unrecognized data format, doesn't throw any error codes. It loads the main screen,I see the splash screen and it freezes up.

Re: Corrupted file, New update?
I have had to rebuild most of my cabinets to get them to batch. Now I am concerned that the few that i did not have to rebuild will cut properly. It sounds like the new build may be compromising cabinets made with the old build. Why would that be?
Maybe someone at Thermwood can respond.

Re: Corrupted file, New update?
I reinstalled, re booted, did everything I could think of. Still problems.
I have started rebuilding the cabinets from scratch , one at a time, from new seed cabinets and it seems to be working but something is wrong. I am not confident that I will have a viable batch when i am done.

Corrupted file, New update?
I have been working on a job that seems to have a file problem. I am not sure if it has anything to do with the update to 6.7 but I didn't see it until after I upgraded. Yesterday I completed a set of cabinets to be machined and I saved the batch job. Then I upgraded the software. When I retrieved t...
