Is it possible to add a slab door with custom profiles to cut ready ? Hive tried to make a slab door with profiles ie a beveled shaker door. When I send it to the customer and they load it into their cut ready machine it will not include the cut path for the profile it just nest the door as a slab ...

Re: Wouldn't be nice if...

It would be nice if we could have the ability to make adjustments to the doors and drawer fronts for the insets overlays and reveals when changing the doors and/ or the drawer fronts like we have for changing the drawers using global item modifications

Re: eCabinet 6.2.12.2

Kerry is correct about removing the edge banding however it looks like you are using a 0-thickness banding because you are using a pre-mill edge bander and want to show that the part gets banded as well as get costing for estimating. the file that I uploaded earlier worked fine before I saved it. I ...

Re: eCabinet 6.2.12.2

Try removing the top drawer and adding it back then reapply the profile take it into the constraints manager and constrain the profile by right-clicking the Dark green edge with the profile then hovering over cut path attachment and selecting attach you may still need to constrain the 1/8 over cut ...

Re: eCabinet 6.2.12.2

Hi Ingbert. It looks like the drawer fronts have edge banding. you might try adding drawer fronts with no banding. If you want to contact me we can do a video call and see if we can work out the issue

Re: A few questions about the new intergrated profile modeler

I guess that for now, we will have to keep using the setup that we have in place for single-panel doors and continue to use dxf files and/or vetric for multi-panel and multi-light glass doors.

Re: A few questions about the new intergrated profile modeler

Thanks, Mark. but that is a link to the profile modeler manual. I may have misread the description of the integrated profile modeler. I was thinking/ hoping that they were giving us a way to generate multiple regions and use off-the-shelf tooling (like I described earlier) to achieve the same ...

Re: A few questions about the new integrated profile modeler

Thanks, Mark.
The shop that I am working with is running version 6.2. They are using the MDF door tool options section to set a tool for profile 1 and a tool for profile 2 then the default tool group in the profile modeler is set up with a one-eighth-inch end mill. The tool for profile one raises ...
