What methods do you use to hold down small parts?

I am curious to know what methods our members use to hold down small parts that will move even with a vacuum table. I recently came across this video from a subscriber Mark Lindsay CNC. Pretty sweet trick. https://www.youtube.com/embed/3uTsQ3dYRrk?fbclid=IwAR1hLR4mNA_n9Rhb0-u-JEL7KCKgptYkUhTf7HvLTqA...

Re: Feature Change Request

Donald. What version of excel are you running? If you are running 2016 or higher or are running 2010,2013 and have the power query add-in installed this can be done easily without any VBA code. If you would like to contact me I will be glad to help you with this.

While you are at it, would it be possible to allow us to select the individual rooms and send them to the LDE? or do we already have this capability?

Re: Is it possible?

I am able to alter the dado depths on a deck for full dados by setting the dado depth on the deck too.5".Then setting the left inset too.125 however, for some reason this method will not work for blind dadoes.

Re: Door/Drawer Editor and Amesbury door

I was wondering why the Amesbury door does not allow a frame only option? All the doors (except slab of course) allow me to make a glass door. The Frame Only check box on the General tab is greyed out. Just wondering. Also, for some reason, when I select a door/drawer face, it always defaults to Al...

Hi Jody.

1. Placing several small individual cabinets along a wall. I would consider this a run of cabinets
2. Placing one large cabinet, containing several sections/styles within. I would consider this an assembly

Re: Idea for the make phantom parts option

I agree with you. It would also be great if the same thing could be added to the stretcher editor, as well as having the ability to add part names so that we could give the stretchers a meaningful name as they are added.
