.DXF FILE - T-SLOT CUTTER
I am trying to make a mirror frame with an inset mirror and a slot to insert the glass retainer. Not sure if the material (melamine) will be stable enough to accomplish this. However, I think it is worth a try. The slot cutter I have has a nut on the bottom so I want to have pass #1 to allow for the...

SMALLER THAN 90 DEGREE BACK
Just wondering if anyone has an idea of how to do a corner upper cabinet that is less than 90 degrees?
The two walls come in at a 83 degree angle and of course the customer wants a corner cabinet for this odd angle. I know how to do more than 90 but less is stumping me
Thanks

Re: Exporting to Excel so I can Import from Excel
Thanks for the response to my post. Attached to the original post is a .pdf file with a copy of the print outs from e-cab batch file sheet, the e-cabinets(Excel Speadsheet) Export and the Excel Spreadsheet that I need to turn the export into to get it to re-import. It is very strange that the [/] is...

Exporting to Excel so I can Import from Excel
Good Morning All: I have been using the Import from Excel spreadsheet for some time in E-Cabinets. It works great! It saves so much time when we are doing repetative kitchens (We produce Park Model Trailers and customers order from a brochure ... so alot are repetative). You can call me lazy but it ...

Re: New Forum Category
Yes, I would be interested in this topic. I currently use Excel spreadsheets to upload repetative batches of cabinets. I also Export the CNC batches so that our costing department can verify how each cabinet is built and make sure they are costing the material output correctly. Is there other ways t...

Re: Feature Requests
Hi all, I have a hard time with designing corner cabinets. Definately, I am for the dropping the mitred corners on the side panels of the cabinets. Seriously, I have produced enough scrap because of that feature alone. Also is there a way to do something about the adjustable shelf hole positions. We...

Re: Batch Input Using Excel Speadsheet
Hi Scott, My User Data Path is set @ W:\cnc cabinets in the setting section. Therefore I tried your advice and deleted the full path name...no success. Then I made a file folder in [cnc cabinets] file that contained the cabinet file. I thought maybe it goes to W:\cnc cabinets and searches for the fi...

Re: Batch Input Using Excel Speadsheet
Thanks for the reply Rick. I tried again to set-up the speadsheet as you posted. I am still getting the "Error loading row 0". Below is the complete file path and name for a cabinet that I am tring to load. W:\CNC Cabinets\cabinets\32mm Cabinets-old\Z Prototype\Escape Test\Kitchen Cabinets...

Batch Input Using Excel Speadsheet
Hello, I am just wondering if anyone is using the button at the top of the Batch Cabinets page that says "Import Batch from Excel". I searched and found the sheet that says "Adding Cabinets to Batch Input Using an Excel Speadsheet". I followed the directions and still had a stumb...

THANKS!!!!
Just wanted to send a great big THANK-YOU to whomever did the last update of e-cabinets. I noticed right off the bat that while batching cabinet lists that the list stays at the bottom when a new cabinet is added. I did not realize how much of a pain it was to constantly scroll to the bottom until I...

Re: post form tops
We use AutoCAD to create .dxf files to cut on the router. We specifically purchased a 5' x 12' table for the countertop reason. In our application (mobile home industry) we rarely have a need to do larger countertops. When we do then we get them mitrecut by a local company. We started doing sink cut...

Nesting in Profile Modeler
I am trying to figure out Profile Modeler and have stumbled my way through most of it. I have a couple of questions... 1) When I write the file it nests the part at the upper left corner of the table. We have a 5' x 10' table and 4'x 8" material. How do I import the material that I am cutting a...

Re: Constraint Manager Help/Bug
Steve, I am not sure that this what you mean or not. However, to accomplish this you; highlight your part...go to Part Editor. Now you see your part...note the directions indicating (TOP, RIGHT, LEFT or BOTTOM) as to which way the part is facing. At the top is a little pull down menu that says (some...
