Travis, I'm assuming when you add the drawer face, you have a Drawer Inset, because otherwise it should cover the fixed shelves automatically. Have you tried adjusting the Top Reveal and Bottom Reveal? If you set the reveals to the negative amount of the shelf thickness, the drawer face should cover...

Try doing the following: 1. Save the file from the link below to the root of the C drive. 2. Open up a command prompt and then go directly to the c: drive by typing "cd\" then enter (do not type the quotes). 3. Next type "thmcrypt.exe" then hit enter. it should tell you 3 files ...

I really appreciate that offer Daniel. I'm going out to the shop at lunch today, and hopefully I'll be able to create the twd on the computer there as a workaround.

I haven't tried using an inkjet printer but I imagine the dymo label printer is much faster and more cost efficient. You can pick one up cheap on ebay if you don't already have one. You can get cheaper knock off brand labels too. That might be the route we end up going. I'm going to try to get what...
