Hey I had the same prob, What you need to do is set it to 2.95mm Ramp in length. Its because its reading it in impril not metric. which is 75/25.4 = 2.95

If its on the edge of the door not on the jamb u need the Hoz cutter attament. Bout NZ $40,000 When i looked into it.

cant you use the fillet mode in PE? That adds radius to square corners.

I some times put a full stop when i make a material so its near the top. I belive ecab lists materials in alferbetial order. LOL Im so crap @ spelling SORRY!
