Hi Stuart

I found the same problem. But what i do is put a negative in. So like -20mm in the left and right boxes. that kicks the holes out past the edges and you end up with just the centre holes.

Hi Neville

I batch each area, so 1 batch/file will be called KITCHEN and then another would be called BATHROOM 1 or Laundry etc. Since the name comes up on the label as well as the colour symbol it makes it easier to sort out.

Auto Lube Has stopped working

Hi All The bottom Auto lube has stopped dripping, the top 1 is fine, there is air in the container where the lube is as its bubbling away. but no matter what there is no drips coming out the top. Could it be blocked? if so how do i clean it or has it just failed and i need a new 1? This is quite maj...

It seems to be the grouping the doors together is a problem. Its ok when nesting in ecab, but as soon as its down at the machine it goes back to being straight grain.

Hi

Ive done a nest with cross grain doors. yet when it nests its not crossed grained the doors run with the grain. Its ticked in ecab as grain and in the nest. Im running V6 Build 10 and RN 5.59 patch 2

Hello! What a day its been! Nearly every sheet, the tool change for the B4 Tool its got stuck in the router, I've cleaned the tool, inside the cone, changed the collet and the cutter and still nearly every sheet it gets stuck. There is a program that reads the CNC code and tells you how long it will take to cut. its called Cut time from www.cncautomation.com/en/software, Its fantasic!
