Thanks for the tip... We do not make cabinets, strange huh, we actually make windows. I have one job that needs holes drilled and slots machined in an aluminum frame. Both heads function independently and will do what I want as separate programs. I just wish to run both heads within the same progra...

You can do that, I just used .2 thick nylon sheet and made another one...OR you can request a replacement from Thermwood, they have them.
