Feature Request
Greetings all! We cut our share of small parts, and sometimes the double pass feature doesn't do enough to prevent the piece from moving during cutting. Especially if the parts around it have already been cut, so parts of the skin holding the piece in place have already been removed. Was wondering i...

Re: Maybe a bug?
Sorry, I really need to remember to include more details when I'm posting... Just tried it again, and was able to reproduce instantly. I'm running latest version of SuperControl. I nested a job, then did a maintenance tool unload. Started the program, it loaded the tool, "forgot" to start ...

Maybe a bug?
Greetings... I noticed that since the latest update, the controller will no longer complain if I start a program when there is no bit in the spindle. Well done! However, whenever I start a program with no bit loaded, it will pick up the proper bit with no problem, but the router doesn't start. The h...

Re: Control Nesting issues
Sorry, just discovered another bug very similar to this one. If you take the same files I uploaded earlier, and set the settings to Cut Outlines Only, the machine will still cut both toolpasses and the outline.

Here's the files you asked for. My bad, I didn't think of using a zip file!

Control Nesting issues
Good day! Issue #1 I've never been able to get used to the fact that the newer versions of control nesting require me to select a material group before changing the Nesting Parameters. We always nest just one material at a time, so the way it used to work was perfect for us, where the Options > Nest...

Re: 6.2.3 is no different
Denis,
Not to insult your intelligence, but are you running the installer after downloading it? Just wanted to clarify that since you mention downloading a few times, but never mention running the installer.

Re: 6.2.3 is no different
I downloaded from the website and the expiry message is gone.
However, on Windows 10, Windows SmartScreen blocks the installer from running.
You can get around this by clicking on More info, then click Run anyway.

Re: APC Battery Backup Unit
Maybe someone at Thermwood would be willing to share which battery backup units are being installed in their new CNC controls... would be appreciated.
Or maybe someone that has recently purchased a new CNC would be willing to post a picture of the battery unit in their control unit.

Re: APC Battery Backup Unit
Ah, just took a closer look at the original unit, and discovered that it has two buttons, on and off. I'm assuming this may be a step in the right direction... if anyone has anything they want to add, feel free
