Got the same message. I am sure Thermwood will release an update or extension before the expiration.

Re: eCabinet Systems, the economy, reality and change

Ken, A few more things that came to mind overnight after the last post. As I indicated, I would rather pay for the software then lose it which is certainly still the case. I am concerned however that making the software a "pay for" product could seriously impact the production sharing part...

Re: eCabinet Systems, the economy, reality and change

Ken, I to have to agree with Kerry. While I definetely appreciate the software for free, I have to admit a rather sick feeling in my gut as I started to read your post, afraid you might be considering dropping the software. While I think it is a great idea to do whatever is necessary to continue to ...

Rick, Yes the dado slot is always plowed in two passes. Most times by the time material thickness, and clearance settings are taken into account the dado is almost never the exact size of the bit. Add cutter comp to that so the machine has room to comp for a slighty \"off\" diameter bit an...

Well lets see.... The first thing I notice is the complete lack of safety lines anywhere in the shop. Secondly I see some extension cords hanging from the ceiling on the back wall, this is a huge OSHA no no. Then I notice the column with the fire extinguisher on it, where is the federally required s...

Dan, I was reading up on the IBM BlueGene/L (Considering one for the office :D :D ) They mention that is can be scaled up to a performance equal to 3 or 4 petaflop. What in the HE** is a petaflop? it sounds like something the dog might do in the back yard. Seriously who comes up with these words?

Did you change the tool position for the bit that was in the machine in the course of getting set up. If the machine has a tool that came from position 4 (or any other position) and you change the position of the tool while it is in the head it will try to put it down into the new position resulting...

We cut blind dados every day, both for our own jobs and jobs for other shops. While they do require a bit of TLC every once in a while I could not imagine giving them up either. As for material thickness I have to respectfully disagree with some of the other suggestions. We change material thickness...

Edgebanding depiction on labels getting incorrect rotation. (FIXED WITH EXCEPTION) EXCEPTION: eCabinet Syste...
