Thanks Rob, I had run into this issue, running dxf files, thru Control Nesting . Have not had the issue since. Using our current software to save g code to NC files.91 parts with 15 features, make your head fuzzy.

Rob, Do you use Mastercam, to write code directly, to your machine? or do you still use control nesting?

I have 3 brushes with 3 different lengths 1 inch for very short 1/8 and 1/4 inch tools 2 inch for regular nesting And 4 inch for long and strong tooling 3/4" x 6" And then if I am still having problems picking up, I will wrap a piece of Duct tape around the brush Brushes came from Carr McM...

1 800 221 3865 best tech support in the business. They also offer machine operator training classes. Well worth the money, almost everyone on this forum, has 2 weeks of factory training to start. I bought my machine used also, but still paid for the training. And even with the training is was a chal...
