I do not use the pins, to locate my jig. when I make the jig using a dxf file I locate a 1/2 inch hole in the inside corner of the jig and and when the machine goes to drill the hole I stop the machine and use the X/Y location of that hole for my G902 location I have a little more, going on there th...

I heard that once upon a time Moziak and Thermwood had a falling out
and the owner of Mozaik would not make a PP for their software to run on Thermwood

In my adventures with Fusion 360, I was told by Fusion Tech support,
That the owner of Autocad and Fusion 360, had a Thermwood in his garage at home.
as such they guaranteed, me the Post processor would be spot on.
I never got around to trying it out, as I switched to Aspire

Have you taken apart the touch pad and cleaned it ? I have heard that that era machine, does not play well with ssd hard drive
