If you are running Aspire or V Carve Why would you bother to run thru Control Nesting ?
We never run dxf files thru control nesting

One more thing, check the voltage of the battery, you installed, if it is over 3.3 or under 3 you need to try another battery I bought some ikea batteries and they were over 3.3 volts and they would not work. So i installed them in a small flash lite and ran them down a little and they worked More t...

I battled that problem, for 2 years and pulling the memory chips in and out finally solved it.

Did you push the small black button next to the battery to reset the bios?
Take the memory sticks out and spray the contacts with electrical contact cleaner and put them back in and pull then out a couple of times
that worked great for me last time

Replace the onboard battery, on the mother board, if that doesn't work let me know I have a couple more fix's

If you are cutting nested parts, The best way, I have found, is to use a down, spiral, cutter and let it pack the kerf, with sawdust. I cut a lot of, small, intricate, parts and I am only running a 18 HP Becker Vacuum. If necessary turn off your, sawdust extraction. The smaller, the cutter the bette...

In my case, I want both.
My last adventure, I cut solid doors and them used Aspire, to cut the glass opening and the rebates.
Very pron. to making errors.
On my doors I needed a flip operation
as I profile the glass opening edge, in addition to rebating, the back for glass

Looks like the problem, started at the end of the Day
Like Daniel, from programming, told me, one time,
8 hours a day, of programming and running the machine, is about all, anyone is good for.
After 10 hours, you will be lucky ,if you can get the machine, to start.
