Get your self, a copy of Aspire or V Carve Pro best molding tool around. Easy to design and toolpath.

I heard that once upon a time Moziak and Thermwood had a falling out
and the owner of Mozaik would not make a PP for their software to run on Thermwood
But who know that was 10 or 15 years ago call Moziak let me know how it shakes out

In my adventures with Fusion 360, I was told by Fusion Tech support,
That the owner of Autocad and Fusion 360, had a Thermwood in his garage at home.
as such they guaranteed, me the Post processor would be spot on.
I never got around to trying it out, as I switched to Aspire

Cabinet grade hardwood, plywood, is 140 to 180 per sheet in Detroit Michigan.
1 inch 4 x 8 baltic birch, went from 65 to 145
And, they, can barely, keep up, with the demand.
Ordering a couple of months in advance is necessary

Has it ever worked correctly, since you have owned ?
I run Aspire, all the time, never an issue.
Can you not call Thermwwod tech support directly?
Thermwood tech support has never let me down

Have you taken apart the touch pad and cleaned it ? I have heard that that era machine, does not play well with ssd hard drive
My machine is a 2005 CS45 go back to the original HD and see what happens

Only one thing, causes stuck tools ,
Dirty, Rusty tool holders and collets and spindle
at lot of time, caused by moisture in the air supply,
