Re: C40 X Axis Lead Ball Screw

Thom, I have checked the anti-whip brackets and it does support the lead screw all of the time. My question is still, what will we need to fix this? If the lead screw is worn, and we get a new THK bearing then even with the new bearing there is going to be play, otherwise they must put over-size bal...

Thermwood And BobCad

Good Afternoon. Things we get up to when board cutting gets boring. The first we try was a Malibu that the youngsters here use for life saving training. The second one a plug made out of MDF that they going to make a mold of to make surfs-ski's. All cut on a C40 machine. The surf-ski is made out of ...

Re: Call label does not exist

Good Morning Ryan Can you send me the update as well. The manual say that the program can not see a label after the 5000th line of code. Very frustrating if you do carvings and at the end of the carving program ,when all it needs to do is a parameter (outline) cut, pics up the tool and up comes the ...

Re: 5.57 update screen problem

Good Morning When I load a job where the sizes of the drawer box is list as W -50227620 or something, when you try to nest it, it freezes the hole computer (not even a Ctrl + Alt + Delete will get you out off absolute zero) I had to turn the Control off and back on again. If you deselect the drawer ...
