Re: Pocket Operations Broken

Thanks Nemanje
It does work, about 98% better, but there is still one to two pockets that the machine cuts into the material that it's not suppose to. I never had this problem, but since CN 5.45 it was never 100% anymore.

Pocket Operations Broken

Good afternoon
I am trying to cut this cabinet that has a lot of pocket ops on the left and right side aswell as the top. The problem is that when it does a clean-up operation it cut into the material that it is not suppose to cut into.
I am including all the files
Thanks in advance

Good afternoon Todd
Thank you, and all the people working on this to solve the problem.
Glad my company made the right choice when they bought this cnc machine.

Re: 5.45

Ok
Just tried to cut two partitions with dado's and the same thing happen. The machine ramp in at the dado then cuts into the part by more or less the radius of the cutter, then it reverse (back track) and then carry on by cutting the part.
I have again included the .twd file.

Re: ridge

Good Morning Will I have discovered this by accident when I download the letter block program from somewhere here at the forums. the prog did not want to work the way it was meant to so I change it a bit, and it works fine now. Now I am not a guru, but what it seems to do is that if you have a G807 ...

Re: ridge

Good Afrternoon I operate our machine since the first day it arrived in the shop, and it always left a little ridge.(two and a half years ago) I cut all my MDF with a 12.7mm up-down cutter. 32mm MDF I cut with 18mm diamond cutter, and it does the same. We have 3017mm x 2133mm moving table set-up (C4...

Re: Boring hinge holes on outside sourced doors

Morning Neville I agree, drilling the holes on a hinge drill machine is far quicker. But if you only have one machine and a client of yours using a different hinge than your machine is set-up, then you want maybe to drill the client doors on the cnc machine rather to go and setup the hinge drill and...
