Good morning
I like the letter block program and want to use, But our machine is in metric, now what? Must i just insert a G70 somewhere?
What about the wasteboard thickness?
Will the program run with our machine? (Winxp, C40)

Jason, Good afternoon I have taken photos of what out machine do, or so to speak does wrong. You can see it with the naked eye, like in the photos, when it cut dados horizontal across the table and it is then when the table has to move over that little bit, then it seems to be spring loaded it jumps...

We all here use eCabinets to create the TWD files. You talk about "lash" and that I must look to see how much. How do i do that? (for example on table axis, to see how lash it have) Our machine will be 2 years old in August.

Thank you all for your response.
It worked! Speeding the 8mm dado cutter from 7500 to 16000 and my 12 mm diamond cutter from 6800 to 8500 and i now get a much better cut.
Now just to see how long they will last. Allmost all our work is cutting Melamine
