Tool error
Would anyone be able to suggest where to look for the .25" tooling error that gets thrown up when I try and write out the TWD file thru the SB Link? My Tool Operation #4 for rout/dado and interpolate is a .215" M.C. (resharpened .25" so now undersized). Pocket Settings tool set up is ...

Re: Address labels
Thanks Scott,
Had to figure out that the PragramsData was hidden in 7. Once I checked 'show hidden files, folders' I was able to follow your instructions. I know have the correct label size. Much appreciated,
Tim

Address labels
Would anyone know where the rpt label selections are for 1.0.18? I've had to re-install my link software and I can't seem to find any of the rpt label options in the C/program files/Thermwood/shopbotlink folder and I need to print out onto 2x4 labels.

Windows7 time
Hi all,
I'm in the process of upgrading my design computer to windows 7 and would like to get the E-cabs software installed as well. Downloaded program but it's looking for a registration code for activation. How do you go about getting your registration code from Thermwood?

Re: Incorrect cabinet depth
ARRRGGGGG! Thanks Scott and Kerry. I missed that in the construction box when the cabinet was modified from the downloaded 'Vanity' library. Another one of those built in grenades that I caught in time.My money was riding on a face frame cabinet that might have been made into a frameless with the fr...

Incorrect cabinet depth
Anyone know why the cabinet depth of 19.75" is different from the actual depth if you measure the cabinet or nest the parts and look at their dimensions in the nest? Looking to run this off today and will just make the cabinet 20.5" to get my desired true depth of 19.75". I'll check t...

Re: Smore Luvin
Whoops!,
Should have responded sooner. Thanks Kerry. I went ahead and changed the joint detail back to butt joints. Went in and re-added the kd-rta joints where needed and it nested, cut fine. Could have saved myself some time if I had done as you suggested.

Re: Smore Luvin
Errr.... alright maybe it's my program. Reloaded it and found there was a duplicate cabinet for each one making a total of four cabinets! Tried moving one away from another and found there was a copy of it. Same for the other cabinet. Deleted the extra cabs (how they were duplicated i dont know) and...

Anyone see this. It's a roll out pantry that I've been losing my shirt on. Redrew the cabinet and ordered in the extra material to cut it punch it out. Material came in fat the first time and the twd thickness change was a disaster. Having redrawn it with newly created material ( from mic'ed materia...

Re: E-cab luvin
Yep, A strange one. Luckily I had saved off the pantry cabinet prior to creating the roll out shelf units and saved off the shelf units seperatley as well. Solution was to delete the 'DONT RUN' material from materials library and load the seperate units into the batch instead of the cab editor. The ...

Pantry jacked up.JPG Anyone have this problem happen to them? I've attached a screen shot of the latest problem using the program and it's a new one to me. Created some cabinets from my material library. Material has been used for a number of years now. I'm creating some pantry roll outs for a pant...

Re: Suspension fittings
Hi Kerry, I tried using part editor holes awhile ago. Problem was going from one material to another. Material thickness varied and would either cause a gap between the top of the cabinet and suspension fitting or the top would be proud of the sides, again due to the suspension fitting location and ...

Re: Suspension fittings
Thanks Nat, Interesting approach. Has me thinking it would work better for hole pattern placement using the drawer box. Should also work (hopefully) with a material thickness change at the TWD? So for a different depth of cabinet your drawing a different slide pattern? I was trying to get an RTA pat...
