Re: Problem with Blind Dado
Damon gave me a call on this and it turned out to be his level of detail setting causing the part to look deteriorated. Upped the LOD to max and all looks correct for him.

Re: Help Needed with cabinet
Jason,
Have you tried the suggestion I gave on this post? This should take care of your KD/RTA holes on the edge of the shelves with PE cuts or edge banding. Either way, if you have a pocket tool set correctly, it should machine fine when it shows in red or blue. Also, make sure that you are using ...

Re: V Groove Probelm
I called Thom about this issue. Thom had come up with one solution that should get his doors cut. His method was to cut the vertical grooves and horizontal grooves with 2 separate CNC outputs. I offered him another solution of using profile cut paths to create them. Either one should get the job ...

Jason,
Make sure that in Control Nesting, "Settings" you have "Run pockets made of 1 arc and 1 line as a drill when the line is on the edge of the part." This should eliminate it from using the pocket tool to perform the KD/RTA holes. Let me know if this helps.

Re: System hangs on deleted lighting
Dan,
I see 2 issues with this job. 1st is the delete issue you are experiencing with the light fixtures and the second is a large negative number for the sheet stock quantity in the cut list. I do not know exactly how you got it to this state, but the good news is I can fix both with a few steps ...

Re: Invalid Code
Mike,
Installing from a first gen disk should be fine; just do the update to 5.2 bld 4 then register. Not sure why your reg code does not work? I will send you a new one to your email on file with us. Try that one and let me know if it works or not.

Re: Assemblies
It is bad enough to have to load a cabinet in a room, take it out, resize and put it back in when a flyout would let you do it right in the room.
Joe,
Cabinets CAN be resized right in the room by choosing the Resize/Equalize Icon from the tool bar (or from the R-click menu it is under Adjust ...

Mark,
I have narrowed the issue down to cabinets 17, 19 & 20. If you take each one of these 3 cabs from the room to the cabinet/assembly editor and regenerate them (just go to construction settings and then press OK) and return them to the room, the Cut List will then be correct. I do not have an ...

Vince,
The lights will associate correctly, however, they will not show the associations in the tool tip or information display area on the Options dialog when hovering over them. I have this listed. Sorry for the confusion.

Dale,
We certainly have this functionality on the list. But, with that said, we cannot give you any specifics at this time as to exactly when it will be implemented.
