Something done well!!!!

Okay Okay, I know I have been a basher of ecabinets on some issues but I do also applaud the things it does well. I have recently discovered how to exact position two cabinets in the middle of a room. I selected a cabinet and adjusted something on it and moved to the next cabinet and selected it wit...

Drawing editor home issue

Has anybody else experienced this? When in the drawing editor I was able to use the home key to return to the original screen view. Now when I use that feature all the drawings disappear. Even the ones that are on different pages. Its easy to work around I just use the plus and minus keys. I do thin...

This may be the wrong way of thinking but what I worry about is the cabinet construction at the basic level. I know what my guys like to see and do coming off the cnc. If I have to take the time to reconfigure a library to fit the shop guys than why not just develop my entire library all on my own.

You are going to think I am crazy but I did post the one with half the holes. I downloaded it and saved it to a different file and opened it and it had holes on the right side for the adjustable shelf and not the left. When you looked it had no holes?

First of all this is a cabinet from somebody else, when I loaded it into the program it came up with a material that was not supposed to be in this cabinet. When I looked at the shelves I realized that it had the wrong material. I was in the shelf and partition editor so I clicked on it and went to ...

shelf holes

I was putting shelves into a base cabinet when I realized that I had the wrong material. I changed the material and when I went to check the holes for the adjustable shelf it had only placed holes on one side of the cabinet. Has anybody else experienced this. To fix it I just deleted the shelf and r...

Just an update for you folks who helped me with this, there were other problems with this job that Justin couldn't recreate but when we sent him screen shots comparing his machine to ours there were differences. We sent some files for him to look at and hopefully he will figure out what happened on ...

Michael I am glad to hear you say that because Dell told me the same thing. I had to get down right tough with them to buy the cards with the right specs. You would think they had others that needed to have something specific like this before. I would think twice before buying a Dell again.

My thoughts on a single core or dual core, I still think you should buy the best you can afford to buy. I had to weigh out all the software I use and at this time most do not benefit individually from the dual core but when a antivirus scan starts when in the middle of nesting a cabinet job I am gla...

edge banding

I am working on a cabinet and thought I had it all finished when I noticed that there was no edge banding on the front of a partition. I was in the main view and selected the edge banding editor, then selected front edges and it didn't bring up the front edge of the partition. It would however allow...

I don't believe it has ever worked from that window has it? I have had to get it directly from the web site when that box has come up for the last two builds. Has it been that way for everyone?

Jolanda I can feel your pain. I have not tried the work around they suggested and if you do please let me know if it was successful or not. I have just placed the tops, and did a print screen, cropped them, then deleted the tops and saved the cabinet layout. Called it good at that. Good luck with ec...
