Re: Location of Router

Hi David, That photo gives me some ideas. I do have lots of height when I get out from under the mezzanine. I am thinking of a track that will carry the hose in under the mezzanine with a spring that returns it when the head comes away from the home position???? It might work and the space under the...

Re: Location of Router

Hi Michael,

I think you are right it won't be worth the trouble to locate under the mezzanine. You have a nice bright and clean looking shop.

Thanks

Re: Location of Router

Hi Michael,

I would like to have the router under the mezzanine but I think the dust collection might be the show stopper. I think most that I have seen are set up as you describe yours. It would take some fancy footwork to make it work under the mezzanine.

Thanks

Re: Location of Router

Hi Josh,
It is a moving gantry style so I will need to accommodate both side to side and end to end movement. I guess I will need to wait until it is here to work out the details.

Thanks

Re: Location of Router

Hi Josh, Yes that has been in the back of my mind with this location. I have not had any experience with the routers so I don't know what the common solution is in regards to having the dust collection hose follow the head without dragging catching etc. All the videos I can find focus on the cutter ...

Location of Router

Hello everyone, We are longtime E cab users and have just purchased a used CS 45 router. I would like to install the router under a mezzanine that has a clearance of 100" . I see the over all height of the machine is about 82" so it will fit alright and the end away from the home location ...

Hi Dale
Thanks for the reply.
That is the problem though My Email address has changed so I can't use the code generator and I don't know how to update my Email address with Thermwood.

New registration code

How do I go about getting a new registration code ?
My email has changed since I first registered and I have emailed Thermwood twice and called once all with no response. I sure would like to get Ecabinets installed on the new laptop this weekend.

Thanks

Gerry
