Re: Formatted excel spread sheet

Keep the headings in the sheet when saving. At the moment the Assembly import isnt working, but the cabinet import should be ok. I have attached an example with a few comments which should help you. If this still doesnt work you may not be inputting the wording correctly, to see if you are copy and ...

Re: Outline Tooling:

I tried using a 1/2 compression tool and the finish seemed a lot better. I still dont think I have my settings correct, so if anyone can help: Feed Speed - 12000 Plunge Speed - 4000 Spindle Speed - 18000 Max Penetration - 20.32mm These are the settings which I currently have installed for this tool,...

Outline Tooling:

Hi guys,

We are using a 12mm Diamond Cutter for the outline tool, but it doesnt seem to be giving a very good finish to the edge. Just wondered if people could let me know me know what tool they are using.

We are wanting to cut on 18mm MDF and MFC Chipboard, face 1 side and 2 side.

Thanks,

Leigh

Re: Import Batch From Excel

Hi Dan,

I have tried other files just in case it was the degree sign, but the problem seems to be because its an assembly. All the Cabinets work but none of the Assemblies will work for me.

Thanks for the input anyway Dan.

Thanks,

Leigh

Re: Editing Label?

Hi Thom, Have you you used Crystal Reports before? The file which needs changing for the eCabinet output is the "5366 Avery Labels" this is located in "eCabinet Systems\doors\Conestogaz". From the machine you will need to edit other labels, if you dont have Crystal reports loaded...

Re: Editing Label?

This is an image of how I have got our labels looking so far. The edge banding bit map is ok but it doesnt display enough detail, when exporting a cut list to Excel you can see that all the information for the edge banding is in "Sheet Component listing" under coloumn "F". As you...

Re: Cam-lock problem

Todd, I have the same problem with one of my cabinets, accept mine is the deck. I can change the width slightly but when you go to much it will mean it will have to overlap, which wont happen. The only way that you could possible fix this is to have the abbility to lock a back or deck at a certain p...

Re: Door/Drawer Editor Feedback

Gray, Paste some of the names of the doors that you use. What I have done is exported the cut list to excel and got my reports that way. Do you just use names for your doors or codes and names? Also how many doors do you have? One other thing, are you machining the doors? And let me know what sort o...

Editing Label?

Hi, I have been trying to edit the labels for both eCabinets and for the router, for me to do this I have had to use Crystal Reports. At the moment I have successfully managed to input most of the information needed, but there is one field that I am unable to get any great detail from, this is the E...

Re: Door/Drawer Editor Feedback

Hi Damon, Very impressed with the doors! How did you go about creating them, as you only have the ability to have one centre route tool. If you take a look at my diagrams at the start of the post and look at doors F and G, do you think it is possible to do such doors? How does it deal with a resize?...

Re: Another CL QU

When creating the units, you have to use the standard units provided. In here you will see Tall, Base, Upper and Corner. So pick the correct type that your after, then delete all parts and work with the back HTH.

Sloping units:

Does anybody have any techniques, or know of any simple ways to creating a sloping unit. I have attached a picture showing an example of 3 sloping units, each unit was done individually.
