Re: Door desighner question

Thanks Rick that is what I will have to do but this method will not allow me to have the door actually on the cabinet without making it an assembly. Re: How do I rabbit around an opening after a cutout?

[quote="Steve Unruh"]Leo, I've tried that; that was the way I originally drew the cutouts and it works after a fashion. there are 3 rectangular openings that are approximately 8 X 14 two that are 12 X 14 and one that is 14 X 16 inches. It takes a long time to pocked that top quarter inch. ...

Re: Problem with shape manager?

Thanks Kerry and Scott for your help once again. I sure am glad that I don’t have to use all of those line segments to cut these parts after all. It really slows down my computer and takes for ever to wright the code at the machine.

Problem with shape manager?

In shape manager draw a 3 point arc at 0,0_ 20 3/8,11/16_ 40 3/4,0
I get a straight line no arch.
Also get the same result when importing as dxf from draft sight
I can get the geometry that I am after by importing from sketchup but every thing is line segments

Re: Help With Constraints

Thanks Kerry for your response but I may have to start from scratch on this one. Try taking it from 14 1/2W to 32W That won't work. Maybe some one out there has done this type of door before? I sure could use some help on this.
