DXF Part List

We've been trying to implement the \"Add DXF Part List\" feature on 4.90 that allows us to use an Excel spreadsheet to add part, cabinet and job names to the labels, but we've had no success so far. (We've only tried a couple of tests). I think our problem lies in the File Path field. Is i...

Any way we can access the label software to change the info included on the label?

Bill, You said: 1) Flycut spoilboard clean on both sides. 2) Load new wasteboard and set wasteboard thickness to .24 (thus taking .01 off the first side) 3) Flip wasteboard and reset wasteboard thickness to .23 (taking .01 off the second side) 4) Establish tool length to the wasteboard 5) when waste...

The flycut program is really cool, just dial in the wasteboard thickness you want. But I was having a problem when it came to the spoilboard. It's been about 6 months since I did it last and it needs it again. Trouble is the control won't accept a neg. value. What I did was to change the switchspoil...

Forrest, A while back you said: Example: Daylight value is 8.50 Set Flycut wasteboard to (-.01) which removes .01 from spoilboard Add .01 to 8.50 and your new daylight value is 8.51 Reset all tool lengths I've tried to set wasteboard to (-.01) to surface the spoilboard but the program doesn't want t...

Last line feed speed

Howdy,

I'm using 4.86. I have Last line feed speed set to 300. Outline tool feed speed is 800. I've been getting a lot of parts with the last line feed speed of 800. Anyone else seeing this?

Josh,

We're running 4.79 I've noticed that the tools I have set up for 1st and 2nd operations in tooling are cutting in reverse order. both are set for dado only, not drill. Is this related to the problem Dave's having?

Thanks,
Dave

Forrest, With only one port in the center, I noticed the other day that I could move the spoilboard down a little bit by hand with vac on. Acts like the gasket is not squished flat on the ends of the table. With nothing on the table, the vac gauge reads close to zero. It seems like there's not enoug...

table gasket

Hi, I took out the table gasket on Friday. After flycutting the wasteboard, I started a job with lots of small parts. I'm getting a fairly even cut thru. A little deeper on the ends now. I need to flycut the spoilboard and see how even I can get the cut thru. I could hear a little air escaping? past...

Labels again

Howdy,

Cutting 12 sheets with about 15 parts per sheet. All .dxf files. Starting with sheet 7, the labels started to get goofy. Only about 50% matched. Using 4.77

Anybody?

Thanks for your input. Glad (sad) to see it's not just my problem. I do use a .25\" waste board. I do seal the edges of the spoil board. I do have a problem with weather conditions. Humid here. I flycut the spoil board and both sides of the waste board and immediately have problems with uneven cut t...

Table Flatness

Hi, Can't seem to clear up this problem. The bit's not cutting into the wasteboard as deep on the end of the table with the tool bar. In order to get a .002-.003 thru cut on that end, it has to cut .010-.015 in the middle of the table. It's not always consistant so I'm even more confused. I flycut t...

Labels

Hi

Does anyone have a source for low stick labels for the DYMO label writer?
The regular labels are fine for our customers, but the parts we cut for our own shop need a label with less stickum.

Thanks,
Dave

Can't Graph

Hi,

After much head scratching and emailing, we finally found the reason for the blank graph screen. It (F3, F6) doesn't work with the \"Sheet selection\" box checked in settings.

Hope this helps somebody,
Dave
