still having this issue occasionally when I hit cycle start after loading a job and go through the prompts the machine stalls out on a invalid character in the eia block during the tool change im attached a screen shot with the plc info

sounds like a solid machine to me, just check and see how much hard drive space your using right now as that 512 gig ssd will get pretty small pretty quickly.

the biggest thing we have done to cut down on dust is switch to 3/8 cutters for outline cuts and also having the tool sunk in a little bit more so the dust shroud is a little bit closer the panel when cutting

why when you are cutting single sided material and there are operations on the B side but nothing on the A side can't B side be face up?

on the nested sheet diagrams if you load more than 10 sheets the preview window lists the pictures out of order going 1 then 10 then 11 then 2

Here is a picture of what the new setting box looks like right after I load the new control nesting 5.95. notice the insane speeds. i'm going to hold off until I have time to look through and manually convert all these to the proper inch equivalent or wait for thermwood to patch it so I don't have to.
