Re: Cut Through amount

Morning Kerry, We have the same issues from time to time as well. We are able to dial in the cut through by doing the following. Machine our waste board on both sides. Remeasure our tools each morning (we actually loosen the nut, blow out the tool, and then re-tighten the nut again) After we surface...

Re: Replacement Printer for Thermwood CS40

Not sure what you mean by aperture but I would like a printer that fits into the existing cabinet. If not I can make a new cabinet and would like suggestions on printers that can hand the environment of a dusty cabinet shop.

Thanks in advance.

Re: starting problems

Hey guys, we had the same issue going on for a while and could not figure out why. I though it might have been one of the updates but that was not the case. This weekend we did some maintenance on the machine and I noticed that the clock and date in windows was not correct. The small 3V battery for ...

Off fall labels

Is there anyway that we can get the off fall labels to print without having to size the off fall. This was working a while back but it was lost in one of the upgrades. It really extends my 1/2" tool life if I do not have to trim the off all every time.

thanks in advance.

Replacement Printer for Thermwood CS40

Hey guys, I am looking for a printer to replace the one that came with the machine originally to print the nest diagrams. I would like to find one that fits inside the original cabinet if possible. Anyone have any suggestions.

thanks in advance.

Part Editor & Constraint manager

I have been experiencing problems with both editors. For example I will take a cabinet, delete all of the components except for the back and then modify is to create a furniture style kick. I will take this part into the part editor make the necessary changes and then then take the same part into th...

V6.4 download & 5.2 extension

I have been trying to download the latest version of ecab and it hangs in the middle of the download each time. Has anyone else had this problem. I am currently running 6.3 on one laptop for testing and some production work but the majority of my production work still is coming from V5.2. I also hav...

Re: Woodworking Machinery and Supply Expo in Toronto, Canada

I want to give a big thanks to all of the staff at CNC automation. They are a remarkable bunch of guys and gals and did a really great thing this weekend. Usually at the shows all the material that is being cut is thrown out. This year 3 complete kitchens, several vanities and a number of closet sys...
