Very nice work Duane, really interesting layout and a real good job of re-creating it in eCabinets. You are going to enjoy what this software can do for you and your customers.

Hi Brian, I opened Alibre a couple of times but I have software burnout. I don't want to spend any time learning anything new right now. I think it can be good software but doesn't seem very intuitive on first glance. With Rhinoceros I was able to open and start drawing. (a little) With Alibre all I...

Mike, Everything was done in eCabinets. Since this drawing was done just for the design presentation I just used several \"Display Cubes\" cut out and machined in the \"Part Editor\" I think it is great that eCabinets is capable of these things other than just boxes. My customers are always impresse...

Something a little different (for me)

This is a conference table I am working on. http://www.kerryfullington.com/table/images/circh05.jpg It is actually two tables that mate together to make one large one. The customers are going to use one table for now in their small conference room then mate the tables later on in a larger room. The ...

Very nice Ted,
I really like the bead board back. It adds a nice touch. (I may have to steal that idea.)

No Jean,
That is just a picture off the internet. If someone were to give me that bus I couldn't afford the diesel to fuel it.

Philip,
I think all of the 60 to 85's have made their fortunes in the cabinet business and are traveling the country in a custom Prevost bus searching for the true meaning of life.

Jeremy, I am glad to hear that. I got $7800 for this job. It would have been nice to get another $1000 or so out of this but had I tried I am afraid I would have been at the shop doing nothing. There is not much work available here so I have to try to make sure I get every job that comes around. Sad...

Mike,
When you select your door, make sure you don't have \"Purchased Finished\" checked. If you choose a door purchased finished you cannot change the texture.

Bryan, All of the display items I used for this job I have uploaded to the Customer 3D Images area of the eCabinets Forum. You can download them there to use. David Nortin has also been sharing a lot of display objects there. You can change the texture on any of these items in the Display Parts Edit...

Just for Fun

This is a drawing I did a while back in response to a post on the WoodWeb by rep from another software company. His post hit a nerve so I drew this to demonstrate visually what eCabinets can do. I thought I would share the drawing here so that my time wouldn't be a total waste. http://www.kerryfulli...

Thanks Ken, I have been excited about the furniture program. There is very little building going on where I live so it has been a bit of a struggle to grow. I am working on some outlets for furniture designs. It will be fun to try and will fill in between the cabinet jobs. You are correct, a proper ...
