I just wanted to let everyone see that this is possible and promising. I can only imagine some of the cabinets and designs that will come from the new capabilities of eCabinets and a Thermwood CNC . We are very excited about the possibilities. This was just a test piece, I did learn a bit by watchin...

These are the steps to make the arch crown. I used a display panel to make the blank. I just made a sheet stock the depth I wanted my crown to be. I took the piece to the part editor and loaded my dxf into the part editor. (You can draw this in eCabinets, without the extra cad program) I selected cr...

Six Mirror Frames

To make these use a piece of stock 3 1/2 wide X 1 7/8 deep.
There is a PDF included that shows how deep to set each of the bits.

Six Mirror Frame Moldings

My boss Geron Stricklin owner of Stircklin Builders Inc. asked me to design a mirror frame for a home we have put a lot of nice work into. I made six so that he could pick one. He chose the lower middle profile for our mirror frame. We may never use the others so I thought I would just share them wi...

Why I love the software and one thing I did during the holidays. I have wanted to try this out and finally got a chance. The tricky part for the CNC is the top crown. But I have already generated the CNC file from the profile modeler. We are getting some MDF ready to try cutting tomorrow just for a ...

Kerry Geron Stricklin and I talked about your post and both agreed that your price was in line and that it should be marketed as furniture with a few twist. The customer can choose wood type, custom sizes and colors. (try that in a furniture store) Here are some prices to help you calculate the cost...

Now that is nice work and without the part editor. That must have been a tough one. The release of V3 is when I started learning eCabinets. Now we can do so much more. Here are some handrail pics I have been playing around with. Right now my profile looks more like a door knob but at least I see tha...

I always like to see new ideals. That is really cool. Got me thinking about that staircase. Seems to me that it would be possible to do them. Might start with a straight one first. Thank you for posting this. :)

I think a lot of customers would love the chance to choose their own cabinet schemes with an easy way to change colors, grain patterns, doors and drawers. (Plus 3-D models of appliances in the correct color supplied by the manufacturer. ) This might be possible if the program could generate en...

Saint Charles 2 1/4 Molding

I used a 2 3/4 peice to cut this out of, notice the quarter on each side. This is probably why this would not cut but I was trying to get the CNC to outline the trim.

I tried to add the .X_t. File I used to create this but that extension can not be posted here.
