Forrest, As for an accident waiting to happen, don't I know it. I thought long and hard before putting in writting that we had never hit the bed :D :D Don't want to anger the router gods!! As for hitting a steel pop up pin, I can do you one better. My operator forgot to take the fly cutting tool out...

Michael, As I posted above it would be a nice feature, but I am not sure it should be at the top of the list. I have been running Thermwood routers for three years (two different machines at two different companies) and have yet to run a bit into the table. We have broken one or two bits as we went ...

Jason, Regarding the max depth per tool you spoke about. If this would rely on the daylight value of the tool then it would only be partially effective. The type of solution Michael suggested would be a bit more thorough; if harder to implement with noise issues and such. I would love to see somethi...

Jason,
I see a new version of Rolling Nest is out and I do not see the change for flip ops on wasteboards listed. Was it included? If not then could you please direct me to the \"official\" complaint form??
(After all, you promised!!!!)

Mike, Part of the conditions of Beta testing is to not share our findings on the regular forum. That having been said, I think V5 works extremely well. I am rather troubled that you think V5 could possibly be a liability. Many users are already getting very good results from V4 and V5 can only build...

Nick,
What you are suggesting should work just fine. I never bothered, preferring the ease of not having to offset the outline line. For these parts we are cutting 1 1/4 particle board so the extra tiny bit of material did not matter.

I will definetly second that request, in fact I have a job to run now that that would help with. I would think the best spot to align the part would be against the fence for flip operations.

Nick, The geometry needs to be slightly offset for this to work. Try Offsetting each layers geometry .001 from the other layers. We ran into this using chain comp out to cut half way through the material and outline to finish the cut. In our case we made the chain comp out layer .001 bigger then the...

Brian, We are also running a 15HP Busch pump. We change oil and filter every three months. Busch has told me it is not necessary to change the oil filter every time we do an oil change but the filter holds quite a bit of oil. We do the intake and exhaust filters once a year. You are correct the kit ...

Michael,
I am buying 5x8 Uniboard through my local supplier. We cut mostly 4x8 sheets so it works fine. I was told 5x10 were special order - full skid lots only

Jeff, Actually I ran for over two years without a wasteboard. Now that I have started using one, I will never go back. The wasteboard does increase hold down, not sure why, just sure it does. We usually fly cut a few times a week due to the type of parts we cut and the quality of cut we demand. Load...

Dave, Short of manually editing the code, there is no where to automatically add for the wasteboard. This is actually something I have been going to ask about. Why does the wasterboard have to be removed for flips? We generally pin the corners of our wasterboard to prevent it from curling up. This m...
